About Frank
Frank began his career in the United States as a Financial Analyst, where he built expertise in bookkeeping, financial reporting, budgeting, analysis, and modeling. Over more than 15 years in financial and data analysis, he has held positions across non-profit organizations, Fortune 500 companies, mid-sized private firms, and manufacturing businesses.

As a Senior Finance Analyst, Frank has supported C-level executives and vice presidents in making strategic decisions related to profitability, operations, and marketing. He also gained direct deal-making experience through involvement in mergers and acquisitions.
In 2018, Frank expanded his career by becoming the owner of a successful retail business in Southern California. This venture gave him firsthand insight into small business operations, growth strategies, and community engagement. His commitment to innovation and business longevity was formally recognized by the city’s mayor, who awarded him a Certificate of Recognition.

Alongside entrepreneurship, Frank has spent more than a decade working as a business consultant. He partners with small and mid-sized companies to strengthen their accounting, finance, strategic planning, sales, marketing, and business intelligence. His services include preparing business plans for bank loans and equity funding, as well as drafting exit strategies for business sales.

With more than 30 years of diverse experience in both U.S. and international organizations, Frank has developed deep expertise in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), financial modeling, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving. His achievements include receiving an Operational Excellence Award in 2009 from a multi-billion-dollar company.

Frank earned his Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems and his MBA with a concentration in Finance, graduating cum laude. He is also a Certified Financial Manager (CFM).

Based in Long Beach, California, Frank lives with his wife, Wendy, and their two daughters, Yani and Yanna. He is fluent in both Chinese and English and enjoys traveling, reading, investing, golfing, and watching movies.
